00UAL Intelligent Logic Standardization

The traditional two-point standardization of spectrometers requires a large number of standard samples. For example, the calibration of all standard sample excitation processes for 3 matrices takes 50 minutes, while SPECTROMAXX uses intelligent ICAL intelligent standardization, which only requires one standard sample and calibrates all matrix elements in 5 minutes. The intelligent standardization of ICAL greatly improves the efficiency of instrument operation and significantly reduces operating costs such as standard sample and argon gas consumption.

• Spark table

An open spark table can facilitate the testing of various special-shaped and large-sized workpieces, reducing sample preparation time. The sample holder can move in all directions and is equipped with a safety grounding circuit to ensure fast sample switching. Special fixtures are used for analyzing bar, wire, and thin sample specimens. Special small sample analysis working curves can be optionally selected.

The reduction of internal volume combined with optimization of argon gas flow has reduced the consumption of argon gas by half, while also reducing the deposition of dust in the spark table. The new argon gas saving mode greatly reduces the consumption of argon gas. The argon gas is completely turned off in the long-term standby state. Before the instrument resumes operation, argon gas will automatically flush the spark table. Low dust deposition greatly reduces the cleaning work of the spark table. Optical lenses can be quickly cleaned and replaced without the need for tools.

• Optical system

The unique optical system and components of the Spike direct reading spectrometer SPECTROMAXX are effectively integrated, and after strict sealing, the interior of the light chamber is ensured to be clean. The dual optical system configuration extends the maximum wavelength range to 140nm-670nm. Adopting an optimized Paschen Runge architecture, the mechanical structure of the patented optical system is exceptionally robust, while reducing the internal space volume. Internal constant temperature and pressure ensure that the optical system is not affected by external environmental changes and influences.
